About Dr. Hoffmann
Brian Hoffmann, MD, FACS, FASCRS graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and trained in medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida.
He completed a residency in general surgery and a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Hoffmann then returned to his hometown of Fort Myers, Florida where he practiced for over six years. He has since been in practice in Demorest, Georgia.
Dr. Hoffmann is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons. He has particular interest in diseases of the colon, rectum, breast and veins. He provides minimally invasive treatment for varicose veins including endovenous laser treatment (EVLT), sclerotherapy, foam sclerotherapy and phlebectomy.

Dr. Hoffmann and his staff strive to provide progressive, professional, and compassionate care of the highest quality. Dr. Hoffmann continuously participates in continuing education and is always looking at new technologies for “minimally invasive” procedures to limit the effects of surgery on patients.
